Nominations are open now for the Gidgee Healing 2023 Director Elections.
If you would like to contribute to Gidgee Healing by serving on the Board as an Elected Director, please complete the nomination form, and attach your CV or a statement outlining your experience.
You can send us your completed nomination form and CV by:
- Emailing amanda@businessgovernance.com.au
- Posting them to The Company Secretary, PO Box 39, Mount Isa QLD 4825, or
- Delivering them to 28 Miles Street (upstairs), Mount Isa
- Completing the form below, please ensure you upload your nomination form as part of your cover letter.
Useful information if you’re considering nominating:
- Nominations close at 5pm on Tuesday 7 November 2023
- Late nominations cannot be received
- All nominations received by the closing date will be reviewed by the Governance and Nominations Committee for eligibility
- The Board will consider all eligible nominations and decide which nominees will be announced as candidates for election. We expect all nominees will be announced as candidates unless disqualified or ineligible
- All nominees will be advised whether they will be announced as candidates well in advance of the election date
- We will mail the list of candidates to all voting members no later than 30 November 2023
- The election will be held at the 2023 AGM on Thursday 7 December 2023
- All candidates will be invited to make a short statement at the AGM about why they should be voted onto the board.
